Backup job reports successful but does not backup data - Win2k3 SBS, 11d

Interesting thing to add. The Shadow Copy Components backup with no problems ~120mb.
 
 
This is doing my head in... it would be good if it atleast gave me an error.. instead of saying SUCCESSFUL.
