Backup jobs and inventory, import, scan initilizing jobs are going to ready state

Backup jobs and inventory, import, scan initilizing jobs are going to ready state, I could see all the devices(library and drives ) able to see device manager. sometimes backups will run , some time will not run, it will go to ready state.

powere cycled the library  and rebooted the server multiple times, reonfigured the  library and reinstalled the software but still no luck. can you please anyone help on this how to proceed and fix the issue.

Backup exec version: 2012

os version: widows =2008R2

    Try going to the storage tab, pause the robotic tape library (via the right click), then un-pause it.

      I have already tried, pause the robotic tape library (via the right click), then un-pause, but no luck
