BACKUP SERVER AIX WITH NFS & SAMBA - I might loss my job

Hi,
I have a Server AIX 5.3, with 5TB  disks, exports via NFS & CIFS  all around . (unix & win ).How I do backup ?.
 
First step:
 
 I install RALUS, and I do a FULL BACKUP ( time modified ). The next day, and I can't do backups Incrementals ( time modified ), because I lost data modified via CIFS, with old date more that yesterday (for example).
 
A  EXAMPLE:
 
Yesterda: 12/12/2007 - My Full Backup is 1TB
Today: 13/12/2007.   The back office move 5 files old (year 2006), and create two folders new.
 
The backup incremental (time modified ) only take 2 folder !!, because the 5 files have a old date.
 
¿ what is the solution for fix ?
