BackupExec Windows agent do not see clustered disks on Windows Server 2008 R2 File Server

We recently upgraded Veritas BackupExec to version 22.0 1193.1009. Also we upgraded agents on Windows Server 2008 R2 to version 22.0 1193.1009. On our old BackupExec Server, which is was 20.3 1188.18...

    2008 R2 isnt in software compatibility list for BE 22. That could be the reason.

    you can use older version of BE or its older agent and check if that works.
    It could be a workaround but the recommendation would be to get the OS to supported version.
