BE 2012 - Exchange 2013 GRT support - when?

Does anyone idea if there is a solution to GRT recovery for Exchange 2013 from Symantec BackupExec??

Should we expect support in 'BE 2012 R2'??

Reading that post is not clear:

"Backup Exec 2012 R2 timing: We are targeting general availability (GA) between late in the 2nd quarter or early in the 3rd quarter of 2014 (calendar year)".

    Yes. The last I heard BE 2012 R2 will provide GRT support for Exchange 2013

    Can someone please recommend a product I can use the backup individual mailboxes on Exchange 2013? We have Backup Exec but am unable to get a date as to when it will work so it is holding up our Exchange 2013 project.

    ...I really doubt anyone who frequently posts on Connect is going to advise you on this. I believe Google can assist...?

    Other than that have you checked out the Beta page for R2?

    This was my last resort for trying to get information from Symantec. Customer Services and Support have not been able to help. So bye bye Backup Exec, Google here I come.

    I don't want a beta product for a test, I need a product that works now.

    Just because I have been using Backup Exec for sixteen years doesn't mean I have to use it forever.
