BE Job Section List for exporting from BE to Excel

I need to document my scheduled jobs, the resource, the selection list and the selection list details that each job uses into an Excel spreadsheet.

I do NOT see an easy way to do this through a canned report or a custom report within BE to save as an Excel Spreadsheet...even on the Backup Selection Lists and editing or viewing a selection list, I cannot export or save the list to a file.

If I have to do this manually, it will take several hours worth of work transposing information with the risk of missing something...

any suggestions would be appreciated...
