what't the problem? thank you

  • 1) Check the SCL below to make sure that your version of ESX is supported and that the file structure of the problem VM is supported.

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH175581

    2) Have you done a chkdsk in the VM, as the document suggested?

  • Hello, thank you ESXi is supported, because we start backup job about 2 years ago, and we have the problem recently. from February 2015. already done, run chkdsk on VM
  • Have you run a chkdsk against the volume which hosts the Disk Storage ? (Based on your comments, it seems to the BE media server. Have you run a chkdsk on the media server and not the VM ?)
