MongoDB is not listed in the SCL for any version of BE.
You could probably dump the MongoDB using the native DB utilities and then backup the dump file using BE. But there is no DB Agent specifically for this DB.

Can you explain more why BE cannot support this DB type? Because of the DB structure?
After use it's own DB utilities to dump the DB to file, then BE back up the dump file like normal Windows file backup? And the DB utilities of MongoDB suppose can restore by the dump file backed up by BE ?
You saidy "But there is no DB Agent specifically for this DB." means you don't know if there is DB utilities to do such thing?
