There is no tape drive attached to that server. In device manager tape drives are listed under the section "Tape Drives", Robotic Libraries will be listed under the section "Medium Changers".
Also notice under Libraries in Removable Storage, the tape drive has a red arrow on it signifying it is offline. If the device was online it would be listed like the DVD drive above it.
Notice in this screenshot how the tape drive and medium changer is called out. You should be seeing the same thing with your tape drive on your server.
