Solved

Can't install updates through LiveUpdate

I keep trying to install updates through LiveUpdate but they keep failing.  What should I do?  Thanks!

    Hi,

     

    If there aren't too many, you can download them and install them manually.

    If there are a number of updates, then try a repair of BE using Add/Remove Programs. You should also make sure that no AV or firewall is preventing LiveUpdate from connecting to the SYmantec site to fetch these updates.

    Finally...any specific error you're receiving?

    Thanks, I was able to download via Symantec's website!  :)  (BTW, I wasn't receiving any specific errors.)
