DLO doesn't work after reinstall the agent

Hi, sorry about my english! I've got a weird problem with my DLO.

I've reinstalled the DLO Agent in some computers at my office after a HDD failure. Some of them work perfecty but other ones, even being installed without any problem and the DLO server can see that the agent is indeed installed, when I go to the Restore tab and select that PC, I get nothing just like this pic:

 

As you can see, there's no folders or files saved up even waiting for several hours.

 

I've uninstalled the Agent, restarted the computer, installed the agent again (after deleting all the PC's references in the server), and created again the user, but nothing happens.

Can anyone help me out, please?

    Can you let me know the version of DLO you are using? Also, during uninstallation of agent, did you select the option to remove the data associated with the user?
