    Try that and see if it fixes anything. However, I have seen that some fixes have been "fixed" by a particular version, and have reared their head again in a newer version. If FP2 doesn't do anything (or any subsequent patches via LiveUpdate), then consider logging a call directly with Symantec. RDM disks won't work with a full VM backup so make sure it isn't that either...
