Environment Check says I need newer version of Antivirus

The Backup Exec Environment check tells me that there is a known conflict between my existing version of Symantec Antivirus (10.1.5.5000) and that I need to upgrade to 10.1.6.6 and I can't figure out how to upgrade my antivirus to that version. Is it a free upgrade and where would I find the download?
 
(I am a small business doing my own IT work...)

    Hi, I had the same problem, and no the upgrade is not free unless you have current upgrade assurance with SAV.  After speaking to a BE tech he informed me that i did not need to worry about it because we do not use exchange and it only creates problems with GRT backups.

    Thanks for the reply but I do have Exchange.
     
    I guess I need to call Symantec but I have no idea where that phone number might be buried.
     
    If anyone has it handy that would be appreciated. I will look myself as well.

    Thanks to all. It seems I do have an upgrade path available to me but now the upgrade site is telling me that it is not available at this time and to try later!
