Error: e0008214 - Library error - source location is empty

I get an error "e0008214 - Library error - source location is empty" running inventory job or backups. Tried also to clean device and mount/dismount tapes, but the result is the same. Any id...

    Not sure about a software problem, check your hardware (Library and tape driver).
