Error when launching program

When I attempt to launch the program I get the following message.

"Unable to create one or more views. Application is terminating"

It then closes the program

MS SQL server

Centennial auditing software.

No changes have been made to the server.

looks like I will have to rebuild the whole server since I cannot get in to add/remove programs
