error with RAWS installation

Hi,

problem is solved now.

I did the following steps:

Solution:

-Backup of registry has been made (it has been just exported)

-I copied it on my laptop

-Installed Notepad ++

-Opened his registry on my laptop with Notepad ++

-Searched the following reg key which is as default setted

“{B65C7DC6-0E86-449C-B619-57C36DF87C43}“

-This reg key and some other reg keys related to that reg key have been found and deleted

-Then searched for the two following reg keys:

“Backup Exec Version 2010R3

-----------------

{2E214FDB-1B99-4BF3-BEE4-43B82EB1D6AE} 32 bit RAWS

{56F39DA5-6287-4FD4-BCA4-870F8ABBFBCE} 64 bit RAWS”

-These two reg keys above have been also found and deleted, so this explains that actually it doesn’t matter if you have a 32 or 64 bit system installed because both of them have been found

-After these steps, the installation of RAWS went fine.
