Expired backup not be overwritten ??

    Your job specify append, so if it appends to the tape, the existing backup sets would not be overwritten.  If you specify overwrite in your job, then the tape would be overwritten and the old backup sets on the tape would be gone.

So if I want to remove expired backup sets, I should select "Overwrite media" here ??
