Export Tapes & Mailslot

Hello world,

Backup Exec 12.5

Win 2003 R2 x64

I get the same problem resolved in this discussion :

They sad that the issue comes from the "MailSlot" but i can't figure out where and how to configure it.

Please Help .

    You must configure the mailslot on the library itself, either using the front panel or its web interface.  If you configure the mailslot correctly, then you would have 1 slot less.  For example, your library is a 16 slot library and it has one mailslot.  When you enable the mailslot, you will only see 15 slots in BE.  The mailslot is invisible to BE.

    With the mailslot enabled, you must leave the mailslot empty when you load the magazines.

    Is there any TAPE in the Mail slot? Whats the model number and make of the library
