Failed Final error: 0xe00084bd - The system cannot find the path specified - unable to restore file or directory.

Hello

I can't backup only this Vm with Backup Exec 2014 since a very long time.

They are no snapshot existed in snapshot Manager.

 

When i select manually only one VM using snapshot technology ..

 

Could you help me ?  it says always ..

And after the message appears....

ANd, Why it talk about restore ? I giev a backup not a restore.

    My msg is  e00084bd not e00084 .. ys i see all the technote that it can exist with no success ...

    Thing else ? other sugestions ?

    ...what are you trying to back up on that VM? Is Advanced Open File Option turned on, and if so, turn it off.

    Have you tried to recreate the job and/or selection?

    Yes i did...

    Yes it is off.... The job is always in queued ..when i run it ..

    I still have a crash  and the support never answer me to all my problems !!!!!

    I recreate the job, and  It can be the problem but why ? it is the same account root sidvh-X

    yes, when i run the job , wait and wait , nothing more ... queued ... since  35 minutes ...

    That you don't know is for the others VM it is ok.

    It is only this VM because i create a special job for only this VM.

     

    The problem become only with this VM.
