Whats about support this Synology DX1211,not listed in compability list so it would not work?

When it is not mention in HCL or SCL that doesn't mean it won't work ,it only describes symantec has not tested that H/W or S/W so in case if there are any issue you are on your own as you won't get support from symantec for non supported issue
