halfinchvrts error and multiple services crashing at boot
Very Strange issue. I see others have posted but no answers from Symantec.
I am getting a RASMAN, halfinchvrts, NETMAN failures on boot. The services are timing out and the server is dead. After boot about 1/2 hr later the services can be enabled. I am also getting adpu160m - "driver detected a controller error on \Device\SCSI\adpu160m2" - in my event log
If I remove Veritas v10 the problem goes away. I am using the latest firmware and drives for the adaptec scsi card.
Symantec Backup Exec 10d
Media server Version 10.1 Rev. 5629
Administration console Version 10.1 Rev. 5629
Adaptec SCSI Card 39160/3960D - Ultra160 SCSI
Tandberg TS400 SCSI Sequential De
Now my backup does work after the server is running. But without NETMAN my network connection are not operating properly and this is a domain controller. I cannot find any post on this topic that have been answered. PLEASE HELP
