Do you know how to set a server from MBES to CAS?
I want to untick the MBES option and tick the CAS option, but the 2 options cannot be tick or untick.

Mai: You have this all wrong. Completely. That link on which I have my comments refers to how to manually remove an MMS from a CASO server. Not make it a CASO!

If not, do so and then you will be able to promote it to a CASO server.
