How to upgrade to ver10?

Three questions:
1. We bought two licenses of Backup Exec last year and we used only one. If we buy two Backup Exec ver10 upgrade licenses this year and want to put on two Servers. Should we install ver9 before upgrading to ver10?

2. We bought ver9.0 and was allowed to free upgrade to ver9.1 last year. We only have ver9.0 installation CD. How can I down load a free ver9.1 copy and what is the file name? I forget how I did last year.

3. We will have some of our new servers come with 64 bit OS. How do I install the Remote Agent file into those servers? From Media Server or from the Remote Server? Some of our servers will still using 32 bit OS.

    Hi Albert,

    1- install BEWS 9.1 4691 from the link below and then upgrade to version 10.0 5520 (make sure you discuss this with your resaller first)
