Hyper-V machines not listed

I'm looking for backup solution for my company. We have 4 physical servers. Windows Server 2019 installed on them. We have highly available Hyper-V environment via Windows Failover Cluster Service on this platform.

I would like to take backup of the VMs. I've installed agent to host servers. I select Back Up to Disk, but there are not VMs. At least there are 10 VMs is running on this host, but anyone was listed in the BackupExec.

I don't have any idea how to fix this issue. Kindly assist.
