Hi,

There is the option to automatically respond to alerts. You need to open up that particular alert and you should be able to set the option to Cancel it after a certain period of time.

I Run BEUtility.exe and change Edit configuration > Library Insert Allert > Cancel,

i restart services but after restart in tools > alert categories > library insert > respond with "YES"

WHY?
