Keep getting "Storage Device Configuration Error."

I have a Overland Storage REO 1000 disk backup system and also a Quantum Superloader 3 using DLT-S4 tapes. I have done a test of both systems and they seem to work ok but I still get "Storage Device Configuration Error" when I reboot the Windows 2003 Server R2. Any ideas why this keeps happening?
