Cloud Storage configuration fails with error "There were no storage locations found on the server”
I have setup an S3 bucket is Wasabi and trying to connect BE to it, but I keep getting error:

I used this article, but it doesn't provide any solutions - https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100047670
I have checked our firewall and our BE is defianetly connecting to the S3 bucket and I have checked the Wasabi logs and I can see BE server connecting to it.
We are running BE 16 FP2 which supports S3 buckets.
Can some please help me?
You've probably already come across this but if not definitiely a useful technote:

I've only done limited testing with this a while back but seem to remember had problems which were region related but using us-east-1 region worked.
