...you need to check the licensing wizard within BE itself. You will see some sort of count down on an application that is like 46 of 60 days left.
This is the application you either need to leave to countdown to 0 if you're not going to license it, or contact a reseller/Symantec licensing department to get that application agent licensed.
if you already have the license, check the *.slf file you received from Symantec to see if it hasn't got trial licenses included, and then contact Symantec to send a new file.

- Click on the BE button then click on Installation and Licencing and License Info to see what licenses you have on trial. If you intend to use them after the trial period, then you need to install the proper license before the end of the trial period. Otherwise your backups will fail
