MS Exchange restoration failed

I have been trying to restore MS exchange items but it's failing with this message "

V-79-57344-904 - Cannot log on to EWS with the specified credentials. Review the resource credentials for the job, and then run the job again

Any idea?

2012
Backup and Recovery
Backup Exec
Windows Server (2003-2008)

    Hi BElerner,

    I hope, you are using the Backup Exec 2012 or 2014

    For the Restore Process, Use the same login account you are using to backup.

    And make sure that you have a below mentioned permission for the BE Account,
