Older Backup Exec Agents and Backup Exec 2014

Hi Does anyone know if I can backup data without having to push out the new BUE14 agent? Scheduling has changed, its more confusing to setup jobs from previous versions! Thanks

    BE 2014 can work with BE 12.5, 2010, 2010 R2, 2010 R3 and 2012 agents. However, this should be a temporary arrangement for rolling upgrade. You should always push out the BE 2014 agent. Otherwise, you will not get the enhancements brought by BE 2014
