"One or more storage groups are currently dismounted"
Hi all,
We were getting this error on our backup:
Final Error: 0xe000ff02 - One or more storage groups are currently dismounted. This backup is incomplete. Make sure that all databases are mounted and then re-submit the backup job.

I followed the workaround in this technote but the error remained.

I upgraded to Backup Exec 12.5 but the problem still remains.
Has anyone got a solution to this?

Thanks for that. Turns out that there is a dismounted Store!!! Backup Exec still had it selected!
