installation of BE2012 fails

HI    I am trying to install BE2012 on win2008. WHen  I run browser.exe from the setup I have extracted from ISO file it runs for a while and gives the error. I am attaching screenshot.

    Hi

     

    Please try reinstalling .Net framework & then try installing it back & post the update
