When a VM host is licenced for the BE hypervisor agent licence, you are entitled to load AWS/RALUS on any number of VM's hosted on the licenced host. Since the V-Ray edition gives you the hypervisor agent licence for all your hosts, you can load remote agents on all your VM's without further licences.

Now, if you have a physical server that needed to be back up, you need to purchase addition BE2014 AWS (for Flat files) or BE2014 Database Application Pack (if the server has a database).
