Server-Symbol zeigt vorhandenes Update

Hallo,

in der Übersicht der Server wird symbolisch bei drei meiner Windows-Server angezeigt, dass Updates vorhanden sind. Wenn ich aber aber die Agents für die Server aktualisiern möchte, bekomme ich von BE2014 den Hiweis, dass bereits der aktuelle Agent installiert ist. Ein Neustart des Servers ändert nichts.

Hat jemand eine Idee was das Problem ist?

    If its set to No, then probably the remote agents have not been updated.

    Try re-pushing the agents from the BE console.

    Else, try removing the server and then re-add it (the wizard will push the agent as well when one adds the server). However, this way you will lose the job logs/history and will have to recreate the jobs as well.

    Try manually updating the remote servers using this KB - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH70657

    Once done, restart all BE services and check if the update symbol still appears or not.

    Das manuelle Updaten hat nichts geändert. Kann es etwas damit zu tun haben, das die drei Rechner zu einem Hyper-V-Cluster gehören?

    If you click on the Properties of each of these remote servers from the Backup & Restore tab, is the option "Do the updates installed on this server match the updates installed on the backup server" set to yes or no ?

    If its set to yes, its probably a cosmetic issue.

    o.k. - Löschen und Neu-Hinzufügen hat es gebracht. Nun muss ich nur noch die Aufträge nachpflegen.
