Symantec Backup Exec 12 kann die Tape Library FSC Fibre CAT-TX48 nicht erkennen

Vor der Installation von Backup Exec 12 auf einem Windows 2003 Enterprise Server 64bit, deutsch, bringt der Assitent zum Testen der Umgebung folgende Meldung:
Dieses Gerät wird nicht unterstützt "FSC Fibre CAT-TX48"

Zwei Laufwerke - HP LTO3 Laufwerke wirden erkannt - die aktuellen Treiber passen derzeit nicht. ( Soweit OK ) Der Tape Robot ( FSC CAT-TX48 ) wird nicht unterstützt.
Die LTO Laufwerke Geräte werden im Geräte Manager als HP LTO3 Bandlaufwerke richtig erkannt. Der Robot wird als "Unbekannter Medienwechsler" erkannt. Bei keinem Gerät wird ein Ausrufezeichen angezeigt. Es gibt auf der FSC Homepage keinen Treiber für den Robot, da die Unterstützung standardmäßig von der Backup Software kommen sollte.
Dennoch habe ich die Installation mit der Option -alle Symantec Treiber- durchgeführt. Als Ergebnis kann der Robot nicht angesprochen werden. Die Laufwerke werden als Einzellaufwerke richtig erkannt. Der Robot wird als Wechsler dargestellt. ( Fehlermeldung - Der Robot wird nicht unterstützt )
Wie bekomme ich den Robot in Backup Exec eingebunden / unterstützt?

    From what I can see in the BE12 HCL the device is supported.

    Make sure that the fibre card is LUN enabled.

    Can you run through this technote and post the output?

    OK, I have no clue about German, but I can basically make out that you cannot see your fibre-attached tape library in Backup Exec? Or is it in Windows too?
    If it's in Windows,I'd start by making sure the zoning on your fibre channel switches are correct. If not, Windows would never see the library.
    If the zoning is correct, install the latest drivers for your manufacturer.

    Craig, i think your understanding is good enough ;-)) The zoning should be OK because the TapeLibrary are shown correctly in the Windows Device Manager. There is a Devise "Mediachanger" without an Yellow Sign, but with the String "unknown Mediachanger". I saw this in the past even on other Installations. I think this is OK. I would expect that this not cause any Errors.
    The both Tape Devices in BackupExec are shown as independent Tape Devices.
    My questions are - is the Fujitus FCS Fibre CAT-TX48 S24.20 supported with Netbackup 12 or where can i find the Symantec Driver for this robot? Must i install a appropriate Driver for the Robot bevor i Install BackupExec?

    Craig, i think your understanding is good enough ;-)) The zoning should be OK because the TapeLibrary are shown correctly in the Windows Device Manager. There is a Devise "Mediachanger" without an Yellow Sign, but with the String "unknown Mediachanger". I saw this in the past even on other Installations. I think this is OK.
