Symantec Endpoint Protection on PC's

I have some windows 7 pc's and I have to manually stop and start their endpoint protection then go back to Backup Exec and start backup off.  Is there a way around this?

    Hi,

     

    On SEP put in an exclusion for beremote.exe, which is the RAWS agent service.

    Then try running the backup again.
