Moez: It's right there in the TN:

Cause

A synthetic Fibre Channel controller is configured in a Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V virtual machine. Synthetic Fibre Channel controllers are not supported for Backup Exec Hyper-V Agent backup jobs.
