Tape dismounting
I am running Backup Exec version 9.1 and have started getting an error on every backup. "Media Mount failed. User canceled a Physical Volume Library operation" This occurs at the Shadow?Copy?Components? stage of the backup. It appears that everything is okay except for the fact that the tape is being ejected prior to this step. I have cleaned the tape drive and I have extended the amount of time before failure, and I am at a loss for the reason it is doing this. Can anyone help? Is there additional information I need to post in order to resolve the issue?

Run a cleaning tape on the tape drive, and double-check that the RAWS on that server is working correctly too.
