The job was canceled by user Recovery

I have Vertias 10.0 . it was working fine until it began with the following error

The job was canceled by user Recovery

I didn´t found any document about this error

Could any tell me about this error ??
10.x and Earlier

    Hi Ignacio,

    Will you check if there were any alerts waiting for the user to answer them? Check in the alerts history.

    I found the following error in alerts

    Device Error - The drive hardware is offline

    If I went to the event viewer and I found an error minutes before of the time of the alert

    event id 7031
    BackupExecJobEngine terminated unexpectedly

    I wait for your suggestion

    Hello,

    Please refer the followign technotes to troubleshoot the hardware error. After that gets resolved verify it the service still crashes.
