V-79-57344-34036

I've recently been 'thrown in the fire' and made responsible for our BackupExec system.  Things have been running smoothly until tonight.  I've received the above V-Link error.  I tried to re-run the job and got the same error but on a different resource now.  Below is the error information I have - can someone point me in the right direction of troubleshooting this?

Sorry for all the data, I'm sure it's overkill but I wanted to eliminate the need of back and forth to ask for this to not waste your time.  Could someone review this and maybe point me in the right direction?  I've used backup exec, but it was ver 9, and we didn't use B2D....This is BackupExec ver 12.0 on Server 2003.
