VMware Backups via AVVI agent fails with the error 0xe00095a7

I have the following Issue, and all solutions like in the following article does not working with me.
Problem
VMware Backups via AVVI agent fails with the error 0xe00095a7 - The operation failed because the virtual center or ESX server reported that the virtual machine's configuration is invalid.
Error Message
0xe00095a7 - The operation failed because the virtual center or ESX server reported that the virtual machine's configuration is invalid.

VMWare reflect the following Error
“msg.snapshot.error-QUIESCING-ERROR” in vCenter Server (2069952)
And the presented solution from VMWare does not working here also.

PS. This only happens with two of VM's, all other machines working perfectly with backup exec, on the other hand we have tested the snapshot function with the same VM's from the ESXI side and there's no problem their, the problem appears during taking the snapshot throgh backup exec.
Anyone here have any idea!!

The problem has been solved by adjusting the windows time on bothe the backup exec machine and on and the domain controller.
