On my redhat already installed vrtsralus-10, but i need 12 or 13.

What version of Backup Exec you are using?
You can download it from fileconnect.symantec.com, You would need the serial number for the Version of backup exec. If you dont have the serial number then you may download the trailware

You would need to uninstall the exisiting agent and then install the newer version of RALUS agent.
