Xenserver on BE 2012?

Dear Community I would like to know if XenServer can be licensed on BE 2012? Knowing that the Vmware and Hyper-V agent are only specific to those two products. If not, which backup solution can...

No, there is no specific XenServer agent for BE.

What you can do is install the Remote Agent and create traditional backups.

What I have read about is PHD Virtual Backup for XenServer:
