Very Disapointed

I have installed Backup Exec.Cloud on 3 computers so far I think the product needs lots of help, Mainly the rate at witch data is transferred. All 3 clients had good bandwidth (at least 5MBS up and 20 down) The uploads are taking way to long. This morning i installed a client and selected a folder with about 200 meg in it and 9 hours later it is 20% complete, The other 2 clients are just as slow. This product IS NOT ready for primetime.

  • ...this is a first! Normally the message conveyed over the years was that if in a trial period, no support would be granted.

    Thanks!

  • ...using it in a trial instance won't get you any support.

I will hit the escalate flag on this, and hopefully someone from Symantec comes back to you on the forums.

    Thanks!

  • What good will it do to "log a call"? Will Symantec support even talk to me since i am in the demo period?

I have installed exec.cloud 3 times and with the same crappy results, If the product doesnt work properly 3 time in a row then there is a major problem

  • ...have you tried to log a call with Symantec around this?

    Thanks!
