Remote cluster status

ENVIRONMENT

Cluster nodes = 3 [Two at Primary site and one at DR site]

Nodes OS = Redhat 6.8

VERITAS product = Infoscale Enterprise 7.3.1

Cluster configuration = Global Cluster configured 

QUERY

What does BUILD means according to the hastatus -sum command output when we run the command at DR site node. According to my knowledge it build its configuration according to the Primary site cluster. Please share comments

    The remote cluster state BUILD means

    "The local cluster is receiving the initial snapshot from the remote cluster."

    if everything works "NORMAL" , the cluster state should be changed from BUILD to "RUNNING" soon.  Make sure the inter-clutser HB is working properly.
