CA 12.2 new customer

I've just installed EV & CA 12.2.0.1437 on our QA servers

I created a new CA customer and went in to the CA client to configure the new customer. The CA client connects but when I click on any menu (Configuration, Application, Monitor, etc..) nothing happens. It doesn't appear that the client is hung (in task manager it's not showing as unresponsive). There are no errors in the event log, dtrace doesn't show anything, I checked SQL.. nothing.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? My next step may be to reinstall CA but I wanted to check here first.
