Integrating Data Insight With Enterprise Vault

Hello,

I am attempting to integrate Data Insight with Enterprise Vault.

On the Data Insight server I:

  • Click on Settings.
  • Click on Data Mangement.
  • Enter the IP address of the EV server.

I had used port 443 but I was having issues connecting the the EV server.

Can you confirm that the port is 443?

    It will depend on the port that you have mentioned in your Enterprise Vault application. what port did you configure on Enterprise Vault - Go to Enterprise Vault VAC -> Open Site properties and check the port configuration on option "Web Access Application"? Is that port 80 or 443?
