Question

Hi,&nbsp;

I would like to know how VIP Profile works in DLO.

How will happen if the VIP user forgot his password?&nbsp;What if i'm the AD Admin, I can reset all the VIP user password and can restore their personal files.&nbsp;&nbsp;

How companies handle this?

Hi,The Active directory (AD) admin can reset the password, as it's an AD (active directory) password only.The VIP user can raise a request with the AD admin to reset their password.
