    Pretty sure you just don't select option to apply the Production ID in the Header/Footer section.

    Hello,

    As per Tony:

    • Go to the production and edit it (Case home -> Folders or from Search Analytics folder dropdown)
    • You will need to unlock the production, then go to "Header/Footer" on the tabs and remove the entry for it.
    • Re-lock the production.
