You should be able to find all the documents in PDF format with the installation media. For example, my documents are found in the Symantec_Clearwell_ProductDocumentation_7.1.2_Win_EN.zip that was in the Manual folder.

Which particular module are you looking for? They are included with the installation media but you can also find them here:

I am looking for the help guide for all the modules (that can be accessed from the help tab on clearwell particularly for version 7.1.1).
